About Compass Concierge

This is a program offered by Compass and Krista Kenner, through an independent lender called Notable. The program makes 0% APR loans—with no upfront costs or hidden fees—available to seller clients.

How Compass Concierge works

Compass Concierge works by covering the upfront costs associated with listing preparation and home improvements. Funds available to the sellers are based on the post-renovation market value of the home. Collection of payment for services will occur at the close of escrow.

How the process works

  1. A Compass Concierge service agreement will be reached between the seller and Krista Kenner. Using her knowledge of the market she will work closely with each seller to decide which home renovations will provide the largest increase in their home’s value and make their home ready for sale. Krista will then help you decide on the budget needed for those home renovations to be completed.

  2. Once the client is approved for the concierge service, they will receive the renovation loan. Krista works alongside her clients and contractors/vendors work to make sure the renovations are completed in a timely manner.

  3. During the renovation, Krista will work on a customized marketing plan. Once the renovation is complete, she will list the home on the NWMLS.

  4. Once the home sells, the client will then pay the cost of services at escrow and nothing more.
